A person of whom is random with thoughts and actions. This 'weird' person will start dancing on the middle of the sidewalk, they will start singing about salsa and might possibly attack you/tackle you to the ground/push you in front of a car without warning. These people are the best, the most interesting, most unique, but... beware of the weirdos.

Differing from it's counterpart, the statement of awkwardness or dork or odd. This form of the word is to indicate the lack of surpise in someones stupid decisions or actions. It is said to indicate " I knew this was going to happen (or) I knew they were going to act in that way" Pointing out the obvious lack of surprise.
Taylor: well me and kimmy are back together even though we fight all the time. Matt: weird? Taylor: what she's changed man.
Similar to being freaked out, except that being wierded would mean you are more disturbed by what you see or hear.
I just got completely wierded out when I found out my friend likes to get fucked by his dog.

Eric says I listen to weird music. Did he mean it as a compliment or as an insult? Hey Mike, if Eric heard the Seven Mary Three song "Times Like These", he'd think you listen to weirder music than he said about me.
Something or someone that portrays new and original qualities. Often, because those qualities are not normal, they are also considered "not cool."
Hey, did you see that girl wearing those uber bright green pants? Yeah, she looked really weird.
