F+ is a failure that can bring one joy or humor, either through observing the failure or it happening to the individual. F- is a failure that can bring one anger or disgust, either through observing the failure or it happening to the indivdual.
F+/F- examples: F+ example: Casey unknowingly sent Eric an email titled "moron buyer" while he was presenting in a staff meeting, which popped up on the screen through Outlook notifications, for everyone to see. F- example: Katia yelled at Ryan because her order did not ship on-time. Ryan pointed out to Katia that she omitted information from her order, causing the delay.
