"To boris" means to fall asleep after a certain intake of alcohol or drugs that give the effect of tiredness, like for instance hash. "Boris" may also be used as a noun i.e. "the boris" and is in fact the most common usage.
"Look at him, he did a boris". "Oh, is he doing the boris again?"

An insult used in Western New York to refer to someone fat, a liar, someone ugly, or a general unlikeable or unintelligent person. Can also be used to discribe a person pretending to be a character from any piece of media

A bumbling but cunning and deceitful baffoon who pushes himself forward to be a key leader and who will do anything to convince enough people to give him that power and influence - especially lying, repeating meaningless catchphrases over and over, twisting and changing the rules and adopting a belief that is contrary to what he previously believed if it gives him a cause that will help him to gain power and influence.
