A person who is most of the time part of the girls and the gays. A girl-boss is never to shut someone up or speak their mind. Most of the times they are probably better then you and total material girls

person 1: Omg did you see what she did? She literally ate and left no crumbs!

person 2: That’s because she is a total girl-boss!! DUHH!!!
