A look-a-like of somebody that you used to date (or have sex with). Similar to the original meaning of "doppelganger" - known as a strangely similar counterpart of someone.

The act of having sex with two people that look almost exactly alike.
Kevin had a doppelbang with Cheryl and Ronda, those two ladies look like they could be sisters.
