I used to hate rewards programs but this one is alright.

A good boy reward, is generally a reward for good conduct, be it being, a good boy, or defending your country from foreign enemies, the reward is either, a treat, or a weapon.

When there is a task or job function that you consistently screw up so the organization assigns the task to someone else, this rewarding the incompetence with lower responsibility.
