For teenagers, it's a word without much meaning.
It's used to express sudden excitement or spontaneous behaviour.
It's a word that is said (or mostly shouted) after a certain action has been done, it's not used in a sentence.

Casualy grabbing something that you want "gone" and throwing it very far (not caring where it lands)
Bob: "yo man u wanna hangout?"
Shaliqua: "Nah m8... i have to babysit my nephew"
Bon:"Dont worry bro" (grabs "that lil´ bitch" Cindy and throws her out of the window) " YEET!!!!!"
or: My Sister was in a bad mood, i gave her a gift and she just yeeted that shit off of a cliff
The word all the "cool" kids say but in reality have no clue what it means
Kid 1: My cat died
Kid 2: YEET!
Kid 3: Lmao
Term used to express excitement; especially used in basketball when someone has shot a three-pointer that they are sure will go in the hoop.
Also used as one ejaculates.
Can be used as an exclamatory (YEET!), or a verb (to yeet someone)
"AHH YEET!!" exclaimed LaMarcus as his shot went toward the hoop.
