Someone who gets no respect from his peers, is usually laughed at and is bullied. A person that cannot stand up for himself therefore falls prey to ridicule, abuse and mochery by others.

It is an insult. You call somebody this and they will ask what it means and assume it's an insult. Nobody knows what it actually means. They just know it's an insult. And it's even funnier when they get mad and continue asking what it is. Call them a herb, It's an insult. It's the most confusing name to insult somebody ever invented.

A person that is unwanted or undesired; A person, typically male, who says or does things that cause you to give them a "what are you even doing here" look. This look is classified by a glare in the person's direction and is usually accompanied by muttering of how big of a herb they are. In some cases, the next guy to date your ex-girlfriend.
