The term No Kizzy means “no cap” or “no lie”. This word derives from a man named Khizar, also known as ZAR. Legend says that he always said it how it was. He kept it real and following his lifestyle, the slang “No Kizzy” was founded.

The origin is from Alex Haley's "Roots" where ex-slave "Kizzy" (played by Leslie Uggams) spits into the tin cup of her ex-massa (played by Sandy Duncan) before "fetching" her water.
