A piss baby is when a woman's stomach becomes bloated from her bladder being full. This usually happens after sexual activity, which triggers the bloating. Called a piss baby because it creates a "piss baby bump." This one makes more sense than everyone else's definition of a piss baby being "a little bitch." Y'all ain't original :I
