A spic is a highly offensive word used for Puerto Ricans only. Most pple usually get confused and call mexicans spics, they are wetbacks.

My parents used to say SPIC was an acronym for Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Caribbean. It's a derogatory term, like the rest of these definitions explain.
