An idiom used by an individual to sarcastically insult an adversary by emphasizing the adversaries' inability to cease an undesired perpetuation that is advantageous to the individual.
The idiom meaning is derived by sarcastically insinuating that an adversary has no desired options and is offered an additional undesired option to emphasize the deficiency of desirable options (under the assumption that "sucking an adversaries dick" is undesired).
