Coming from Spanish translating literally to "one more." Common when drinking or during drinking games.
Popularized by the movie shanghai noon when the two main characters get drunk and convince each other to go another round asking "Uno mas?"
Drunk 1: I should stop now...

The act of playing UNO as usual, except with a twist; a set of additional rules able to be toggled via the blank wild card, in place of writing something on them.
Chaos UNO does have limitations. It cannot use instant win rules, and it cannot intentionally disrupt a single player in an ill-intended fashion.
Martyrdom; a standard and exemplary rule in Chaos UNO, where in the case that someone draws a +2 or +4, they may hand all of their previously drawn cards from that turn to the next person in turn order.
Democracy; a standard and exemplary rule in Chaos UNO, where in the case that someone plays a +2 or +4, players at the table may vote over who recieves the cards instead of the standard next player in the turn order recieving them.
