An extremely round person named, Louis, Lewis, Lou etc. anything along those lines.
If a person has 'chubby fingers' then it is implied that that person is a gossip and can't help but sticking his fingers where they belong, usually making the situation worse. Note; a person with metaphorical chubby fingers does not specifically need to be chubby for the phaser to be valid.
