A well-known insult in the Japanese manga and anime world, used on people who wear glasses. The meaning 'Four-eyes' probably came from the two physical eyes the person has, while two more eyes seen on the glasses (one eye on each glass), which makes 'four eyes' in total.
Person 1: Oi, four eyes! Get me melon bread!
Person 2: I-I didn't get my allowance today...
Person 1: *kicks Person 2 in the gut* Hah?! Who do you think you are?
Person 2: *screams in agony * F-four eyes!!
Person 3: *smashes Person 1 with an uppercut*
Person 1: *K.O*
Person 3: Hey Person 2, you alright?

A black eye, generally acquired when someone hasn't been trained properly on when to keep their mouth shut.

^"People" in here could be the public or something like that and "we" here could be celebrities or any officials or thieves smt like that.
2."I got caught by my parents while buying CD games! Now I can't get/be out off my parents' eyes and ears!"
^In here "I" is the one who's talking, and the parent is the talker's dad and mom. In this situation, the talker is implying that his parent is now paying attention to him more so he doesn't do something that they don't want to, and their eyes and ears will always be there for him.
