Girl, usually college aged, that is older and out of high school, but not quite reached actual maturity or 25. She travels in packs and loves to party. The pack can always be heard making their most noticeable sound "te-he-he!" This sound resonates through out the summer as te-he-hes LOVE the pool and house parties and keggers, especially at apartments. They are not necessarily club goers.
Dude #1: This place sucks ass.
Te-he-hes (all together): Te-he-he!
Dude #2: Wait...did you hear that!
Dude #1: Hell yeah! Let's roll.
Not so much a word, but an accepted use of the English language. It refers to a male subject and sets up an event for the aforementioned to take part in.
