People who ask to be your friend on facebook that you can't come up with a reason to reject, but aren't really your close friend.

We aren't really friends, but we are friendlys, so I couldn't reject her friend request.

Guy 1: "Bro you know that new girl?"
Guy 2: "Yeah, Ayanna? She’s friendly don’t even worry about her."

A person who has the ability to make friends easily. Being friendly doesn’t mean you are flirting, to be friendly it means you are nice/chill, and easily able to make friends with. Being flirty, can sometimes be mistaken for being friendly, but that’s not what it means.

Guy 1: Yeah Jack is cool. He’s friendly and a nice person to hang with.
Guy 2: He seems chill, I’ll ask to see if we can hang sometime.
