When someone has been on the toilet for so long that they've almost flipped "Inside-Out" due to how much pushing out of poop they must have done.
David: You were in the toilet for a long time! Bob: So sorry, I think I ate something bad earlier. David: We all though that you had flipped inside-out by now!
