Originates from Neil Gaiman's book "Coraline" and his two characters: Miss Spink and Miss Forcible. Miss Spink and Forcible are an old couple who live downstairs from a blue-haired girl named Coraline. Used as a friendly insult that basically means "you old hag". Can be used when someone asks a stupid question
