In this slogan, "bac" translates to "uncle" in Albanian, and it is commonly associated with the late Kosovo-Albanian guerrilla fighter Fazli (Adem) Jashari, one of the key figures of the Kosovo Liberation Army. He was killed in 1998 along with the majority of his family during a Serbian police raid in the village of Prekaz, in the Drenica region.
