A lazy man's word for hilarious. More funny than hilarious but not funny enough to actually say the entire word.

Jo: It was as hard as putting my beanbags in her turd cutter. Jem: That's hilar-e-i!!

Disaster Strikes, Hilarity Ensues

What you say when your friend does something unfathomably stupid, and it bites them in the ass. After you say this, of course, you laugh.

Friend: Oh shit, I ran off the edge of the map and lost all my stuff! You: Disaster Strikes, Hilarity Ensues (laugh)
