A phrase that a Gen Xer will say to someone who is spazzing out in an attempt to get them to calm down.
Sometimes intended as a sarcastic mild mockery of someone who is overreacting or sperging out.
Gen X dood: *flips out over something stupid and starts yelling*
Gen X bro: Settle down, Beavis you're causing a scene.
When Philip Vega sticks his neck and chin out and it makes him look like Beavis the Butthead
