This is a phrase often said when someone you are around continously uses the word "bitch" to refer to you. This is phrase used as somewhat of a warning to the one using the word "bitch".

Me: She was really underweight, and she wore A & B clothing. I went to talk to her, and she said" Who the hell are you?!" I said" I'm your friend." She said "Whateva, bitch. Go home!"

Me: I slapped her.
