To wait for further developments just like democratic presidential nominee Senator Barack Obama is waiting to become the next president of the United States of America with Senator Joe Biden as his running mate.
Person 1: Are you going to get that new car that you have been looking at and talking about for that last couple of months?
Person 2: No, not right now. I am Biden my time like Obama until I see how the current economic situation pans out.
To calmly, rationally wait for the rest of the world to catch up with me. To never lose my cool while the madness dissolves and we then march on together into a better world.
I have this crazy idea that my rights are being denied by a group of people who want me to shut up about their crimes. So, I’m Biden my time while they run out of new things to try. Soon they will agree with me and we can move on to a better life together.
Biden time is an alternate version of standard time where one (typically Joe Biden) will show up anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours after the agreed upon start/arrival time.
Person 1: Hey! Have you seen John? He was supposed to get to the meeting at 02:00.
Person 2: Nah, he won't get here for at least another hour.
Person 1: Damn, he must be on that Biden time.
What good ol' Joseph Robinette Jr. has been doing for da past decades, knowing dat he'd likely be Prez someday.
Maybe one can't criticize da famed Joey Robbie for "Biden his time" with high hopes for his political career --- I mean, heck --- just recently he was already second-in-command to Obama bin Laden, so it was hardly a stretch for him to think dat he might make top dog in a few years if he played his cards right.
