An acronym: Burnt, Scorching-Ass Mess. Worse than a hot mess. Used to describe someone pathetic, and unaware of how their actions, way of dressing, or words are percieved by others around them.
Boy: "I wonder if that girl knows she's wearing highwaders.." Girl: "BSAM." Boy and Girl: "HAHAHAHA!!" The mirror said "NO" but she said "YES".
