Something you say to express your appreciation for something, generally to the extent that it pisses off your friends.
Friend: Hey, did you see that new film? It was great! Me: Yeah, it was cool beans! Friend: Oh for fucks sake, stop saying that you absolute retard.
Only used by the coolest of cool kids. "cool beans" means something was TOTALLY EPIC.

Cool beans is a term in which: 1) someones amazement is shown. 2) you can't be bothered to think of suitble adectives, so you say "cool beans" as a replacement. 3) the person shows taste in vocabulary. 4) you show that you, yourself, are cool.
