An expression of telling someone to go cut their wrists if someone is acting all sad, emo or just want the attention of someone feeling sorry for that person.
Used in situations where you absolutally don't give a damn or annoyed with the subject
Jenny: .., and I couldn't stop crying :'(
Ronny: ....go cut something, emo
