Day Tripper

An individual who gets really fucked up and crills around during the day as opposed to the night.

Dave: Look at that skull over there.

Josh: Yea that dude is fucked up and its not even noon!

Dave: What a day tripper.

day tripper

English slang for one who travels to a tourist site only for the day. A day trip might be to picnic in the countryside, or if you live in the country, to visit London by train. Used by the Beatles to denote a woman who is only having a brief affair, with no intention of getting serious.

She was a day tripper, a one-way ticket ....

The female version of a rake.

A rake (or, by extension, a day tripper) is someone who leads someone else on romantically, without actually following through with a serious relationship.

The term "day tripper" was coined by The Beatles.

She's a big teaser; she took me half the way there, yeah...
