A non-canon sequel to Dragon Ball Z that doesn't live up to the dragon ball name. Due to it's inconsistencies, terrible storyline and character designs. Akira Toriyama didn't even write the damn thing. DBGT was made to milk the franchise.
Fantard : "Dude Dragon Ball GT is waaay better than DB or DBZ! IT HAS SS4!"
Fan: "It's non-canon and a piece of shit, ss4 was rushed."
Dragon ball gt is the number one ranked show/anime in the entire world, out of 7 billion votes, dragon ball GT managed to get 6,999,999,999 votes, the one person who didn't vote for it goes by the name smitty, but its 6 million to 1 so it doesn't matter, super saiyan 4 is also the best transformation which as you guessed it happens in GT the best show.

To make a sequel of something (ex. Games, shows, etc) and somehow fuck the source material up of unfortunately great proportions. The name is derived from the Anime Dragon Ball GT, which was supposed to be (If I recall correctly) a Non-cannon sequel to Dragon Ball Z. But when it released, it gained a heavy negative reception.
Guy 1: "I just watched Season 2 of The Promised Neverland, and it's bad."
Guy 2: "I agree, that Dragon Ball GT Syndrome that invaded the Anime sucks."
