A word, often used in conjunction with other negative adjectives, used to describe a person who meets all of the following criteria: a. The person must be farty, fart often, smell like farts, or be otherwise comparable to a fart. b. The person must also be dumb. Mute persons as well as untintelligent persons are included in this category. c. The person must also be a stupidhead.
