To express disappointment at the loss of something, annoyance, irritation. An expression.
"Oh fiddle foot, I left my golf clubs back at the house. Guess I'll have to use the house clubs."
A fiddle foot is someone who doesn't let moss gather! They like to wander, travel, explore. They're restless.
My darling sis is quite a fiddle foot, having moved from Philadelphia, to Houston, to Antwerpen.
