Hoo Hah is a term used to describe a combo done by Diddy Kong in Nintendo's Super Smash Bros. For Wii U and Nintendo 3ds. Hoo Hah was received quite controversially among the the Smash Bros competetive play community because of it's overpowered nature. The combo was performed by using a down throw to an up-aerial move often causing crowds to shout out the name they had given it - the Hoo Hah. Due to it's earlir mentioned overpowered nature, it became quite infamous, and so did Diddy Kong players alike.
The combo was ultimately removed in an update patch for the game by Nintendo April 15th 2015. Since it's removal, the Hoo Hah has become a fairly popular meme.

A team used in the forth iteration of smash brothers for the character Diddy Kong. Created by Static Manny, the Hoo-hah is the down-throw to up-air combo for Diddy Kong.
Whilst Hungrybox was getting continuously down-throw to up-aired by Player-1, Static Manny loudly shouted "Hoo-hah!"
HOO-HAH DAY--An annual rite observed to mourn the passage of summer. Celebrated in northwest Suffolk County, Long Island NY. Festivities begin after sundown and take place on rooftops of suburban homes. HOO-HAH! is the proper greeting for the occasion,accompanied with the raising of ones hat off the head, or, if no hat is worn, mimicking the gesture with your hand. The phrase is also often hollered appropos of nothing, followed by smacking the head of the person nearest to you. It is considered an act of honor to invent a new beverage for the occasion, although iced tea and lemonade are favorites. Heavy comsumption of alcoholic beverages is by no means traditional but always encouraged. The late author James Thurber is the patron saint of the holiday, and his short story "The Night the Bed Fell" is deemed sacred text for the general confusion and disorder essential to this holiday.

An exclamation that can be made. Has an effect similar to that of exclamation points with written words.
This particular use of the word comes stems from Al Pacino's character, Lietenant Colonel Frank Slade in Scent of a Woman.
