Is a hit song about cannabis smoking by rappers Method Man & Redman which was released on August 15th 1995. It is the first Method Man and Redman collaboration and is considered the foundation of their popularity as a duo. It was originally featured on the soundtrack to hip hop movie, The Show, but has since been featured in The Hip Hop Box, Def Jam's Greatest Hits and other compilations. A 'How High Part 2' single was also released in 2001 and placed on the soundtrack to their movie also called 'How High'. The single has been certified 'Gold'.
