Irish entrance

When a person is supposed to show up somewhere but he no calls and no shows because he drank too much alcohol.

Tim: "I drank a bunch of whiskey and made an Irish entrance to the wedding reception. I'm a bad person."

Chris: "Yeah dude. Your sister was pissed that you weren't there. You were supposed to give the toast."

Irish Entrance

The opposite of an Irish Exit. Telling everyone that you're coming and then never showing up.

Sean said he'd be here at eight; he's probably just making an Irish Entrance.
