Jimmy told me

Without merit. Words preceding a falsehood or flagrant exaggeration. Adhering to the character of the teller, statements beginning with "Jimmy told me" can be assumed to be fallacious and self-serving.

P: But "Jimmy told me" that: Martians are real, Liverpool won, his penis isn't tiny. S: How did you start that sentence? P: Jimmy told me.....shit man!
