A common slur used in the Northwest area to degrade Women. It is a spin on the word kitchen and is either pronounced normally as kitcher but can also be said with an A at the end as kitcha.
“Tom isn’t ever nice to the girls, he’s always calling them kitchers. No wonder no one likes him.”
The epitome of awesomeness, he/she is always at the top of the social ladder and is never seen with the scum of society.
