Usually said when trying to settle down at least two or more females in a quarrel.

Bag Lady Lady

A woman who is not homeless but still carries around more then one bag. Like a backpack, purse, lunch bag , and shopping bags all at once.

Dude that bag lady lady nearly knocked me over when I was walking on the stairwell. She had 5 bags!

Lady-man-lady

A term used to define hermaphrodites.
