It also describe someone that has dying passion about something useless or meaningless in life like fire force or arguing with kids on Instagram.
He: Have you heard the news yesterday ? She: Yh, that nigga mo was so erratic he really ate a whole box of Krispy Kreme donuts. Or… He: Did you see Harry spent his 18th birthday sleeping under the bridge? She: oh yeah! He such a nigga mo !
