An Annoying person who constantly calls everyone associated with porn begging for an opportunity to act in a video. When they finally get the opportunity, they don't show up and refuse to answer their phone.
The worst offenders will flake on the opportunity and then call a few months later with excuses and start the process all over again.
"I have a guy on the phone with no experience interested in acting in a porn film."
