Proverbial Haiku

Proverbial:

of, resembling, or expressed as a proverb: a phrase expressing a basic truth which may be applied to common situations.

Haiku:

a three-line poem in any language, with five syllables in the first and last lines and seven syllables in the second, usually with an emphasis on the season or a naturalistic theme.

Proverbial Haiku: a phrase in a haiku form.
