One of the two phrases that "Shnitzel" a rock monster from the show "Chowder" uses to talk, useally expressing anger or lament. This phrase is used when people want to express anger, lament, or exhaustion without actually telling you straight forward. Forms of the word can also be elongated or used repeaditvely to stress meaning of anger or exhaustion.
Person 1 "Go get me a soda from downstairs. Person 2 is feeling crabby "Rada rada". Kid dies while playing a online game.....again-"Rada rada rada rada rada!!!" Person is tired and yawns-"Raaaaaadaaaaaa"......
Three simple words to describe a moment of confusion. Can also be used as a phrase in itself to "Break the Ice" or end the silence of an akward comment. Sometimes expressed as a mood.

A really funny girl. Rada can be quite annoying at times, but she's the kindest person you'll meet. She has lots of emotions, but doesn't express them. She's absolutely gorgeous, and can be a drama queen but she is very clever.
