Verb: To erk someone. To be all up in their biz. To cause frustration and anxiety. Basically to piss someone off in a profound way. Or, to bother someone's friends named jimmy

You: yo mama... Me: I can't stand it when you rustle my jimmies like that ~or~ You: hey jimmy and jimmy. You suck Me: Dude stop rustling my jimmies and apologize

Rustle My Jimmies

“That Really Rustled My Jimmies” is an expression that is used to convey feelings of discontent or discomfort in response to someone else’s post in imageboards and discussion forums, most notably on 4chan. To rustle one's jimmies means to make someone discontent or to bother someone.

Man 1: "This guy is your boyfriend? He's worthless!" Man 2: "That really does Rustle My Jimmies man..."

When something rustles your jimmies, it annoyed you or made you slightly angry.

Person 1: I can't believe Chipotle ran out of black beans! Person 2: I know! That really rustles my jimmies.

as others have stated: something has angered, upset, annoyed, aroused you this is more of a side note on origin - I suspect the phrase was a spontaneous misquote of a line from the Weezer song "Say It Ain't So" ("...flip on the telly/ wrestle with Jimmy...")
