An over exaggeration of ones life during ridicule. Not necessarily meaning one will, "Smoke Meth & Hail Satan". The saying was made popular by clothing brand Anchorsand producing t-shirt and goodies displaying that sentence. The idiom was created by close friend of the brand and releases in 2012 short after his decease.
