A phrase commonly used among teens of California to mean "I'm ready for anything" or "that sounds like a hell of a lot of fun"
K: Let's hit the beach today! I heard the waves were intense. T: So down! __________________________ P: I want to vandalize that sign. O: So down!
I'll do whatever. I'm ready to do whatever you suggest. Let's get together and do something.
One person says, "sup" the other says, "I'm so down" ... meaning, I'm ready to do whatever, or let's get together.
Down so bad is a term used most commonly on Twitter where when something unfortunate happens to them, it has them down "so bad."

A term used on a grateful dead or grateful dead related parking lot in the early 90's and still found on parking lots accross the country. Soley invented by the enfamous Steve Burkemper before a grateful dead show on the parking lot. Ticketless and desprite he realized that holding his finger in the air to obtain a miracle ticket wasn't efficient enough. So young Burkemper came up with the catchy jungle "Kick down so I can get down", which became an instant staple for ticketless deadheads tring to score a ticket.
