Tequila Sunrise

When a group of people drink all night until the next morning sunrise. If some one happens to pass out before the sunrise, when they awake, they must take an amount of shots equivalent to the amount of hours they were passed out.

A: "hey we were doing a tequila sunrise when billy passed out drunk"

B: "haha... How many shots did he have to do?"
A: "seven!!"

Tequila Sunrise

The time of day at which the sun breaches the tequila horizon of the night prior. The time of day at which your eyes finally recognize the sun really did come up again (literally) after a night drinking tequila thinking (metaphorically) it never would.

Damn, I was super late to work today. I had an 8:00AM meeting, but my tequila sunrise wasn't until 9:42AM.
