When a guy fucks a girl on top of an American flag while holding a shotgun and drinking a beer, then finishes on her face while making the majestic screeching noises of a bald eagle.

"Dude, I gave her 'The Full American'"

American Full

The feeling on has when he eats well beyond the point of satiation. In order to be properly "American Full" one must have some degree of regret.

I ate too much. I'm not just full, I'm American Full.
