A person who wastes chances and time. Someone who does not give a shit. Someone you feel like giving up on because of their behaviour. They waste your time and their time. Someone who is unable to commit or focus. Some who consistently gets out of their minds on drink or drugs. Someone who does not care about anyone or anything.

Also called Wateration day is a largely celebrated holiday in Eastern Candad. It does not fall on a fixated date. It usually comes tomorrow or on November 11 or every 14th Saturday. Waster is not Waster without soggy bread with sprinkles, fast festive songs and tamed Waster worms. Waster brings rains and is a harvest oriented holiday.
