A church that practices the literal meaning of the bible. They believe that the Tsunami was a good thing because it killed 'fags' and 'dykes'. They also believe Hurricane Katrina was 'God's' way of punishing America because apparently, in their opinion, 'God hates America'. These guys are a bunch of sad, uneducated, religious kooks who need to stop dictating what 'God' thinks, because how would they know? The answer is they don't. They construct a 'God' figure as a way to express their personal views on the world, these people make me sick and I can only hope that one day they will forget about prejudice and hate.
According to the Westboro Baptist Church, God Hates Fags, God Hates America, God Hates Sweden, God Hates Canada, and after this definition is posted God will apparently Hate Australia because that's where I am from! How can anyone take these people seriously?

Westboro Baptist Church Members are the biggest trolls in the world. They have been so successful that they have been banned from entering countries.
A significant proportion of the population (not many, but enough people) spend their school days whipping other kids, sneering in their faces, tearing up their copybooks, beating up anyone they can while still looking righteous and popular and generally doing everything they can to crush the spirit out of anyone they can get away with so treating. Fortunately, most of them have the grace to leave this childhood unpleasantness behind in due course, and become people of fairness, maturity and integrity who are man or woman enough to, at the very least, apologise to their former victims. And mean it. And then, alas, there are a pathetic few like the Phelps clan.
Various forms of behaviour unworthy of the most intelligent species on the planet are exemplified, to take two examples, by schoolyard bullies, and by the Westboro Baptist Church.
The reason I'm not going to Topeka, Kansas. Those people are super-insane. They consist of Fred Phelps, 9 out of 13 of his children (among them including Shirley Phelps-Roper), their 50+ grandchildren, and 7-10 great-grandchildren. These people claim that God hates everybody: Catholics, Iraq War casaulties, Swedes, the Irish, Latter-Day Saints, Muslims, and above all else gays, lesbians, bisexuals, and transgendered people. These people also picket funerals of, well, anybody: Iraq war casaulties, Katrina victims, 9/11 victims, hate crime victims, HIV/AIDS victims, etc.
Person 1: Hey, let's go to Topeka. What's there to see? Person 2: Well, we can see the Westboro Baptist Church members disrespecting the dead by picketing funerals. Person 1: Ok, dude. I don't want anything to do with those people. Let's go somewhere else. Person 2: Good point
A lunatic cult led by a jackass named Fred Phelps. The WBC is known for its endless condemnation of homosexuals. The church claims to practice the purest form of Christiantiy, a claim that couldn't be further from the truth. The WBC's ideology is based on a severe distortion of Christian doctrine. If Jesus Christ ever visited this "Church", he would probably be dismayed and horrified by its practices. Heck, even many evangelicals consider the WBC un-Christian.

A radical so-called "Church" under the leadership of so-called "Reverend" Fred Phelps based out of Topeka, Kansas. They are infamous for their controversial practice of picketing outside of funerals of U.S. servicemembers killed in Iraq. WBC Recently lost a $11,000,000 dollar judgement filed by a father of one of the late servicemembers whose funeral they picketed.
The freaks at Westboro Baptist Church makes all Christians look bad.
