This is a gang term. It is placing your index finger below the nose signifying the other members that their opponent is near by. They could be facing the person that is being flagged. They do this to scare off unwanted company or to keep sight of someone. It doesn’t always necessarily mean murder. Usually someone is being robbed or targeted for some act of violence.
Wipe your nose - index finger under your nose and slide horizontally.

”Wipe his nose” means running up on someone to murder or rob them

The term wipe your nose refers to the act of violently attacking the ops (opposition) in a harsh manner, sometimes sending the op to the hospital ER and in some severe cases….. potential death. The index finger slides horizontally under the nose in the path of the ops and ends with the thumbs down position. This gesture lets your team know your out for blood and to scare the ops away.
The flag football team will wipe their nose in the direction of the silly Gumby’s player to scare them off. Don’t be on the wrong side of the wipe your nose sign.
