"Yeah.. No" is a simpler way of saying "Well yes but its not happening". (Example 1) A Sarcastic way of answering something where you're expected / supposed to answer yes however Your answer is no. (Example 2) a way to answering someone with "No" but with the "Yes" to reassure that the first statement of ones sentence is correct/"understood" but conclusion is wrong, (Example 3)
